Design-Build planning meetings began this week and will continue for the next several weeks. The Macquarie Consortium is anxious to receive questionnaires back from the groups who attended the Commonwealth’s stakeholder meeting so they can be included in the planning phase.

The Commonwealth entered into a Contract with STERNE AGEE (MA 758 1500000455) as a result of RFP 758 1500000027 (Next Generation Kentucky Information (NG-KIH) Initiative Investment Partner). The initial term of the Contract is two (2) years and may be renewed at the completion of the initial Contract period for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
